SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If our digital signage device does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 20 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. Simply call for a return authorization number and return your unit prepaid. Items must be in like new condition in its original packaging. Restocking fees apply on all monitors and other accessories, call for details. Refunds are promptly processed after products have been received and tested.

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping. The Signage Network is not responsible for typographical errors. If an error exists, we will inform you promptly!
VOLUME DISCOUNTS:
Quantity discounts are available on most products. Call for a quotation.
SHIPPING:
Because some shipments may require multiple boxes, the final shipping cost may differ from the estimate shown. If the cost is higher we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.
All shipments are insured for its full value. Media device orders will normally ship on the same day if the order is received before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Orders received AFTER 1:00 p.m. will ship the next business day. If it is important that your order ship same day, please call to confirm. Free Shipping (if offered) is limited to US shipments excluding HI and AK ground service only.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT:
Upon arrival, open and inspect your shipment immediately. In the event of damage, retain all original packing materials and call the appropriate carrier immediately. The Signage Network and AAA Display Group LLC is not responsible for damage during shipment. Claims for shipment shortages or overages must be submitted to The Signage Network immediately and in writing.
RETURNS:
Items returned for repair or replacement require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without an RA number may be refused. Please call or email for an RA number. Have the product type, original invoice number, and a description of the problem available. Stock items ordered in error may be returned within 30 days for credit, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility. No returns due to order errors will be accepted 30 days after the ship date.

HARDWARE LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Signage Network offers a limited warranty on the hardware components of its products. This warranty is limited to materials and workmanship only.
Media devices are warrented one (1) year from the ship date to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. All other products carry the manufacturer's warranty as noted.
Warranty conditions:
Products shall have been subjected to normal use only and shall not have been misused, altered or mishandled. There shall be no evidence of tampering, misuse or abuse. Damages sustained during shipping is NOT covered under this warranty. Contact the carrier directly. See "Receiving your Shipment" above.
Your warranty will be null and void but not limited to the following circumstances:
• Improper storage conditions and improper/insufficient maintenance.
• Deformations are a result of excessive force being applied which implies improper usage.
• Examples of misuse or abuse include, but are not limited to, improper packaging resulting in damage during return shipment and storage in areas subject to extreme heat, cold or humidity.
Product defects will be determined only by The Signage Network and AAA Display Group LLC and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of, or for The Signage Network. No other party is authorized to assume any obligation or liability for The Signage Network in connection with the products or to alter the terms of this warranty in any way. Warranty claims must be made in writing to The Signage Network. Returns will NOT be accepted without prior written authorization. Claimant is responsible for all shipping costs to and from The Signage Network, however, if an item is being returned due to product defect, The Signage Network will be responsible for the return ground shipping if the claim is deemed valid.
